Pineapples are large fruits with a thin skin and a yellow flesh They are rich in vitamin C , in sugar , they have a high water contain but a poor fats -contain . Pineapple 's flesh is a nurishing food .
Some slices taken as a breakfast supply you with enough energy for the whole morning . This is the result of the combined action of the sugar , the vitamin C and water contained inside its flesh There is no need to eat something else or to nibble for u are full . Plus as u take in water when u eat a pineapple u will urinate frequently . The well-being of your kidneys is then impoved Becuse urines are the garbage that the body eliminates in the liquid form it can be said that pineapples enhance people' s health as it forsters urine formation.
Another way pineapples help loose weight is the herbal tea made from the boiling of its skin : peel a ripe pineapple of 1lb , soak the peeled skin into 3lb of water ; after it has boiled throw the skin away and add to the juice a cup of squeezzed lemon .
