CUCUMBER OF MY DREAMS
TAKE A RIPE CUCUMBER AND PEEL IT .CHOP OFF ITS WHITE FLESH INTO SMALL SQUARES AND PUT THEM INTO A BOWL WHILE ADDING SOME PIECES OF RIPE TOMATO AND GARLIC. SPRINKLE SOME FINE SUGAR ALL OVER THE BOWL AND ALLOW TO REST FOR HALF AN HOUR.
ON THE OTHER HAND TAKE A CUCUMBER AND GRATE IT EITHER WITH A SPOON OR AGAINST A GRATER.COLLECT THE WHITE JUICE AND THE PIPS INTO A TEACUP AND ADD INTO IT THE JUICE OF A HALF GREEN LIME AS WELL AS 2 OR 3 SPOONS OF WATER. WHISK EVERYTHING AND ALLOW TO REST.
