   Hi ! I'm garlic  and I dare you  .....

Garlic is said to be imported from India .It is generally used to spice up meals  In  addition garlic is an antibiotic and a high blood pressure regulator .It   also soothes nerves' pains It is of many  kinds , that is,  red and white
We can use garlic as a herbal tea  In this goal soak a handful of garlic pieces into one litre of water After an hour boil it and drink a cup of it three times a day You can also grate some garlic  and soak in a bowl of water This herbal tea keeps the blood  pressure in balance and calm down the pains felt in the   back of the neck and on the cheeks

Some folk might decide to chop off two or three garlics and swallow them with water  like tablets It is an alternative to the herbal tea and has the same merits like the herbal tea

For people who are keen of alcohol garlic is a breath refreshner vecause it wipes out the nasty breath left behind by some beer brands Garlic helps those folk  feel more comfortable in gatherings

Plus when garlic is digested by the body it influences the nerves ' system and produces an enzym that transforms very fast alcohol into calories hence the effects alcohol might have on the system is lowered .
