HOW A CUP OF RICE KEEPS ME SLIM!

THE SKY BY THIS SUMMER:SHY SUNRAYS FILE THROUGH TREES'BRANCHES AND FLICKER RIGHT  INTO MY BEDROOM . AND I CAN  NOTICE FROM THE  NEARBY MIRROR THAT I NEED TO SLIM DOWN. MY SECRET ? A  FEW GRAINS  THAT ARE ,  AFFORDABLE MOST OF THE TIME AND THAT ARE HANDY:GRAINS OF RICE .

DIPPING A CUP OF RICE INTO HOT WATER OF EQUAL QUANTITY. ALLOW TO REST FOR 4 RUNNING HOURS .THEN WITH A SIEVE SEPARATE THE COARSE PART OF THE GRAINS FROM THE SOFT PART.COVER THE SOFT PART FOR 48HOURS STIRRING IT FROM TIME TO TIME .THE 49TH HOUR ADD A TEASPOON OF SUGAR , SOME DRIPS OF  C & A VITAMIN ,A PINCH OF SALT AND A TABLESPOON OF LOW-FATS OIL SUCH AS SUNFLOWER OR OLIVE OIL.

STIR IT UP FOR 5 MINUTES THEN COVER THE CONTAINER WITH A POROUS LID AND KEEP IT IN A DRY AND DIM PLACE FOR ANOTHER HOUR .THE LIQUID WILL RISE UP AND TURN UNTO THE DELICIOUS YOGHURT-LIKE CREAM YOU EVER DREAM OF! AND THAT IS HOW  I GET WHAT I NEED TO RECHARGE MY ENERGY WHILE EATING LESS !!
