  CARING Of YOURSELF WITH WATER

The one thing you should never let your child do in a swimming pool (and  it's not what you think) 

 In order to release the stress of a day of brainstorming there are many solutions but the last resort is waterIndeed the earth is the water planet ;water is estimated to occupy  70%  of the surface. It is made up of two atoms of nitrate and one atom of oxygen . As water contains oxygen it cleans and repairs the body and make people  look  nicer. For water to be useful to our  welfare it must be safe ,that is , it must be germ -free or potable .In  other words someone who uses unsafe water (in drinking or bathing ) can not be good looking whereas his counterpart who is careful about the good quality of water is appealing .

The first bodycare that should be bone is water consumption  .An adult should drink at least 1.5litre of water everyday .There are many ways  to meet this requirement :
*One can decide to drink at once  1.5 litre of still or fizzy water  after the first urines of the morning  and wait ore hour before the first meal..

Such a  care has the profit of making the intestines work faster than usual and then the body gets rid of its refuse ( dumps )  .It is also a way of taking in a great deal of oxygen that cleans the blood and the cells. It facilitates perspiration and it wipes out toxins from te body. It reduces te body temperature and gives u a feeling of freshness.

*One can  decide to drink a cup of water six times a day with the additional merits  of keeping a flat stomach and  experiencing  lesser perspiration ; Noteworthy is the fact that the first cup should be taken before the first meal  as well .

* Another  person can opt for this treatment  late in the night  after te latest meal and before going to bed The particular advantage of this option is that u will feel relaxed and fall asleep easily.

P.S..It does not matter if u drink cold water or anything else in addition to this treatment .
The second body care is bathing . Bathin is among  the basics of hygiene  but it is also essential to relaxation and skincare.After a .day of  hard work we feel stronger and fresher once we ' ve taken a bathing. There are many perfumes that add to the relaxing effect of a bathing ; it is better to choose those perfumes that are soft, that do not itch  the eyes or the nose and that are not hot

If u don't have a bath  in your toilets  u can provide yourself with a plastic armchair or a bench where u will sit down , a bucket of cold water   or tepid water where u  to soak our feet  for as long as u will feel fine then have a shower


 The third bodycare is the spa or  the bathing in hot mineral waters .Some specialised centers supply such services .
The fourth care is the sauna . Asauna is a  bathing that is taken in  hot water vapour or steam .It is a dry bating To have a sauna u can head to a center of bodycare and skincare but if u can't afford it u can still take it at ...home  How?

First pick up a thick blanket

Secondly boil water that fills up a bucket of  10 litres. Soak in leaves of any nearby tree ; these leaves shall hold the vapour from escaping very fast  Take a chair and a stick to stir up te leaves once inside the toilets

Finally  , inside the toilets shut down the windows  , place the bucket of boiled water in front of the chair where u sit down ,  spread the blanket over the chair  ,your head and the buckdt . It shall be very hot  but this heat is what will make u get rid of the toxins of our boly,  of the useless fats of your skin ( pimples) and other dead cells through sweat

Do not forget to stir up te leaves when u notice the heat is reducing ; this treatment shall last at least 45minutes

After this sauna take a tepid shower using a soap to  wash away the sweat Be fast  u are not a fish Then u shall rub your skin with a cream , a fats-containing bodymilk ,sheabutter, vaseline and the like.Do not forget to drink a tepid or hot cup of milk after the shower because te treatment is exhausting

Caution : it is adviceable to take saunas by intervals of weeks for constant exposure to hot water vapour enhances wrinkles formation.
