THE GOOD USE OF
FOAMING BATHS
AFTER A PHYSICAL EXERCISE THAT CAN MAKE YOU SWEAT PROFUSELY,THAT IS JOGGING OR WORKING IN THE FARM,IT IS ADVICEABLE TO HAVE A BATH USING A FOAMING BATH.
DILUTE ONE OR TWO CAPS OF THE LIQUID SOAP IN A TEACUP OF WATER, SPREAD THE SOLUTION ALL OVER YOUR SKIN, ALLOW IT TO SINK IT REMEMBERING TO TAKE TWO COTTON MATERIALS ONE FOR YOUR FACE AND THE OTHER FOR THE REST OF YOUR BODY. SPRINKLE SOME DROPS OF WATER ON EACH OF THESE MATERIALS AND START RUBBING YOUR FACE THEN YOU SHOULD DROP IT IN A SMALL BOWL , YOU RINSE IT , SQUEEZE IT AND RUB A SECOND TIME YOUR BODY PART . POUR OUT THE USED WATER AND TAKE A FRESHER ONE FOR THE SECOND ATTEMPT. REPEAT THE EXERCISE FOR EACH PART OF YOUR BODY .
FINALLY POUR ON YOUR BODY A BIG AMOUNT OF WATER AND WHILE YOUR SKIN IS STILL MOIST, NOT WET, RUB YOUR BODY CREAMOR OIL....AND FEEL FRESH LIKE A NEWBORN ?
